Leading up to the inaugural Beanstalk Ball held in London, I developed a special fairy tale themed Wardrobe Guide titled "Jewellery Tales". The purpose was to inspire and engage women (privately and through social media) to borrow or purchase a themed statement jewel in the weeks leading up to the Gala. Beyond the revenue that would directly benefit the charity, this effort also provided a unique way for Beanstalk to promote the Beanstalk Ball and share the truly wonderful "story" about their meaningful literacy initiatives through social media.

Beanstalk provides one-to-one literacy support to children who have fallen behind.

“Inspired by the spirit of how fun and illuminating reading can be, we have curated a dazzling array of statement jewellery and paired each piece with a quote from a fairy tale, myth or book. Test your inner child, by guessing the literary references, which can be found at the end of the Wardrobe Guide.

Each piece in this Wardrobe Guide is for sale - and a perfect fit to wear to the Ball!”

During the weeks leading up to the Beanstalk Ball, a tweet featuring a jewel and quote from a fairy tale was posted at 12.30pm. At 6.30pm the corresponding literary reference was revealed:
